**Job Description:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies.
- Oversee the estimation, execution, and management of testing activities.
- Lead and manage a team of **30 to 50+ QA professionals**.
- Ensure effective defect management and resolution processes.
- Drive test automation initiatives, preferably using **ServiceNow ATF.**:

- Conduct **due diligence, resource ramp-up, transition planning, and execution**.
- Implement multilayered **governance and lead transformation projects**.

**Qualifications**:

- **12 to 20 years** of overall experience in Quality Assurance and Testing.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in **ServiceNow** or similar business lines.
- Extensive experience in test automation, preferably with ServiceNow ATF.
- Proven experience in leading and driving large QA teams.
- Strong background in due diligence, resource ramp-up, transition planning, and execution.
- Experience in implementing multilayered governance and leading transformation projects.
