Role: QA Manual Testing

Location: Hyderabad

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with Product Owners and Business Stakeholders to create QA approaches / plans foreach product
- Manage and oversee quality assurance execution for each of the products per the agile testing guidelines - touch base frequently with product owners to ensure their product needs are met.
- Work with QA leadership to design testing solution that meet the needs of various products - this includes manual and other testing types such as performance testing.
- Lead Community of Practice efforts to define / improve QA standards and to ensure all product QA teams are executing to these standards.
- Identify and remove any blockers for the Product QA teams.
- Closely work with offshore QA team, QA leadership, Dev, BA, PO, DevOps, and QA Automation team to deliver automated testing solutions.
- Help and assist with management of vendor support resources
- Participate in product and QA meetings to add value from quality perspective.
- Provide status reports to leadership and other management teams

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or related technical field
- 5 to 7 years of experience as QA lead or Senior Consultant.
- Experience in Azure DevOps, JIRA or similar test management tools.
- Experience with traditional testing types, includes manual, regression, integration, smoke, performance, and security testing
- Must be proficient with MS Office suite and reporting.
- Must be proficient in providing solutions for process improvement.
- Skill in understanding and focusing on the client needs
- Skill in analysis, solid decision-making and problem solving
- Ability to work in an agile development environment where developers and testing personnel work closely together to ensure requirements are met or exceeded.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Ability to demonstrate interpersonal and teambuilding skills working with technical and non-technical individuals
- Knowledge of primary database engines with a demonstrated ability to write complex queries to be used for data validation and troubleshooting.

Preferred:

- Experience on Performance and API testing.
