Job Title: Turner (Manual Lathe Machine Operator)
Experience: 2-3 Years
Location: Rabale MIDC, Navi Mumbai

**Salary**: ₹18,000 - ₹23,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
Employment Type: Full-Time

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Operate conventional lathe machines to produce metal components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
- Perform turning, facing, threading, and drilling operations.
- Measure finished components to ensure conformance to specifications.
- Maintain tools, machines, and the work area in good condition.
- Follow safety procedures and quality control guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- ITI or equivalent certification in Turner trade.
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in lathe machine operations.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physically fit and able to stand/work for long hours.
