The Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) Team is responsible for creation (new records with valid and complete account information), maintenance, and deployment of Juniper internal and external customers.
The customer master data contains all customer-related data necessary for processing quotes, contracts, orders, deliveries, invoices, and customer payments.
Data Hygiene is a critical aspect and ensures updates appropriate information in the systems.
**Core Responsibilities**:
- Managing Customer Master data activities at Juniper Networks
- Help create accounts and parenting structures, analyze and assess implications of large amounts of information, with a specific purpose of proposing business-oriented actions and data cleansing proposals that result in improving data quality
- Help and guide in compiling data, design and prepare reports in different ways (preferably Tableau) to help make business decisions and support business tracking, research, and analysis
- Contextualize and perform statistical analysis of business data, examining for both standard and anomalies of data
- Identify recommendations for data quality improvements including process changes, data cleansing and integrity rule updates
- Enumerate cleansing activities, track them with business to make sure they are aligned and delivered within agreed to timelines
- Drive & perform regular quality checks
- Work with Order Management, Credit & Collections, POS, Legal, Compliance & other teams as required
**Required Qualifications**:
- Should be a graduate and with 2-3 years of experience in CRM Operations and Customer Master Data Management.
- Good understanding of Critical Business Processes and Organization concepts.
- Experience in Salesforce and SAP will be a clear benefit
- Prior knowledge of D&B and Hierarchy is a must
- Literacy in Microsoft office tools is a must, with a proficiency in MS Excel
- Problem identification/analysis and solving skills
- Experience in automation tools, Alteryx, Tableau, SQL (1-3 years) will be an added advantage.
