1. 1-2 years of work experience in content writing.
2. Should have decent knowledge in Electronics, Mobiles, Computers, Large Appliances or General Merchandising and Lifestyle categories
3. Education: English / Literature Graduate or more preferred. Domain Expertise can also be taken into consideration
4. As a part of a continuous learning process/growth opportunity / and inclusive work culture - editors will have to support occasional writing and any additional responsibilities as and when required
JD:
1.Copy Editors review content writing as per the standard audit parameters
2.Regular feedback on Content Writers performance
3.Coaches and trains the writers to come up with quality descriptions and SEOs and also meet the process requirement
4.Proofread and edit content before publication *(Quality Check), also has abilities to utilize content editorial tools
5.Propose and promote writing standards, and actively participate in creating mechanisms to scale best writing practices*(Content Calibration)
6.Work closely with the category, marketing, Engineering and creative design teams to ensure the content follows different teams' requirements.
7.Role involves in managing stakeholder requirements in terms of content needs, delivery timelines
8.Vendor Management, which includes input sharing, Driving process, Completion of assigned tasks & SLA metrics
9.Creating/ Preparing / Adding/ updating new guidelines of Content and Audit Parameters as document.
Key Competencies:
2.Flair for spontaneous & creative-writing for most recent products launched in the industry
3.Ability to research data
4.Need to display swapping writing styles, since always writing same topic might not be customer engaging
5.To own and ensure data quality (accuracy, adherence to quality standards) by overseeing data coming from brands /Vendor teams
6.High level of focus and concentration with an attention for detail, as this involves content creation for High GMV categories, Like Mobiles and Laptop
