**Roles**:
**Responsibility/Deliverables**:

- **Conceive & develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies**:

- **Conduct market research & analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competitive ventures**:

- **Write copy for diverse marketing collateral**:

- **Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and prepare report of performances.**:

- **Collaborate with managers in preparation of budget.**:

- **Management of CRM software.**:

- **Liasoning with internal and external team including the design team, sales team and senior management.**

**Task & Activities**:

- **Create master accounts of clients / customers in CRM on sales request**:

- **Ensure smooth functioning of CRM**:

- **Create and tag leads in CRM as per the events.**:

- **Review open leads and report it to the managers**

**Key Competencies**:

- **Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing landscape**:

- **Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM software**:

- **Excellent communication and people skills**:

- **Strong adaptability and problem solving skills**:

- **Good organization skills and attention to details**:

- **Creative and commercial acumen**

**Experience**:

- **Atleast 2 years administrative experience in marketing support role.**

**Qualification**:

- **BSc / Bcom / BA with experience with Marketing degree or diploma**
