**Job Description**:
**Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented IT Sales Representative to join our team. As an IT Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and effectively selling our range of IT products and services.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- **Sales Presentations**:
- Create compelling and customized presentations to showcase our IT products and services to potential clients.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of our offerings and how they can meet the specific needs of the client.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
- Provide ongoing support and communication to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- **Quoting and Negotiation**:
- Prepare accurate and competitive price quotes based on client requirements.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in IT products and services.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively address client needs and concerns.
- **Sales Reporting**:
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales calls, and deal closures.
- Provide regular sales reports to management, outlining progress towards targets and identifying areas for improvement.
- **Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales strategies and processes.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in IT sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
