Location: Tumkur, Karnataka

**Job Description**:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Soft Skills Trainer to conduct engaging training sessions for college students in Tumkur. The trainer should be able to deliver interactive sessions to enhance communication, interpersonal, leadership, and professional development skills.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct interactive classroom sessions on soft skills topics (communication, personality development, public speaking, time management, teamwork, leadership, etc.)

Prepare training materials, activities, and presentations tailored to student needs

Motivate and guide learners to develop confidence and employability skills

Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Soft Skills / Communication / Personality Development Trainer

Strong presentation and classroom management skills

Excellent communication in English

Ability to engage and motivate students

Flexibility to take sessions on weekdays/weekends as per schedule

Education Qualification:
Any graduate / postgraduate with relevant training experiences.
