Trainee

Responsibilities
- **Operational Support**: Assisting in machine operation, process monitoring, and ensuring smooth production flow.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conducting quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
- **Process Improvement**: Collaborating with teams to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions for better productivity.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Adhering to safety protocols and participating in compliance audits to maintain a safe work environment.
- **Data & Reporting**: Collecting data, preparing reports, and presenting findings to management and other stakeholders.
- **Maintenance Support**: Helping to monitor and troubleshoot machinery to minimize downtime.
- **Team Collaboration**: Working closely with supervisors and colleagues to achieve production targets.
- **Continuous Learning**: Actively participating in training programs and workshops to develop technical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications & Skills
- **Education**: A degree in a relevant field like Industrial, Mechanical, or related engineering disciplines is often required.
