- **Website Management**:

- Update and optimize website content.
- Write and publish blogs focusing on projects, technologies, and policies.
- Ensure all project details (photos, GPS locations, description, dates) are uploaded.
- **Social Media Marketing**:

- Create and manage posts on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Design visually appealing content (posts, stories, and reels).
- Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, and impressions).
- **Video Content Creation**:

- Develop and upload videos for:

- Project installations.
- Introduction of new technologies or policies.
- Service-related issues and their solutions.
- Customer testimonials and feedback.
- Manage YouTube channel, including video uploads and community posts.
- **Paid Advertising Campaigns**:

- Plan and execute Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns.
- Monitor ad performance and optimize for ROI.
- Manage WhatsApp groups for sharing messages, updates, and festive greetings.
- **Content Creation and Graphic Design**:

- Design festive greeting cards, offer cards, and promotional materials.
- Create engaging and informative content for blogs, social media, and ads.
- **Online Reputation Management**:

- Encourage and monitor reviews on platforms like Google and Justdial.
- Respond to customer feedback and maintain a positive brand image.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze website and social media performance.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness.
- **Third-Party Platform Management**:

- Update content on external platforms like Justdial, Indiamart, and Google Maps.
- Ensure accurate and updated information across all platforms.
