**Responsibility**:

- Production planning and scheduling of Offset Printing Press & Binding
- Overseeing the BOOK PRINTING & BINDING production process. Drawing up a production schedule.
- Knowledge of getting work done from ALL of the following WEB OFFSET printing machine size 578, 508

4 color & Single color SHEET FED OFFSET printing machine size 28x40Glue Binding/ Centre Stitch binding / Lamination Cutting machine / Binders dealing
- Ensuring that the production is cost effective.
- Making sure that product is produced on time and is of good quality.
- Working out the human and material resources needed.
- Drafting a timescale for the job.
- Estimating costs and setting the quality standards.
- Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed
- Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment. 10. Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs.
- Liaising among different departments, associates, vendors and if needed with clients.
- Working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals.
- Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed.
- Supervision and motivating a team of workers.
- Reviewing the performance of subordinates.
- To increase productivity in all machines by proper planning and better output without affecting the quality of the products.
- To minimise downtime of all machinery/ auxiliaries by proper coordination & interaction with the maintenance department continuously. 17. Maintaining weekly Despatch Schedules and monitoring timely despatch of each consignment.
- Verifying offers for clients and workout cost of the product to be supplied.
- Planning of jobs for ensuring optimum machine utilisation and timely deliveries.
- Preventive and regular maintenance of machines.
- Proper control on wastages and workers‘ efficiency.
- MIS reporting
- Any other assigned responsibility entrusted by Management

**Education**: Diploma / BTech in Printing Technology
