**Work Experience**
- Previous experience working in Offset printing and bookbinding.
- knowledge about paper, printing and binding machinery and processes.

**Responsibilities of the job**
- Checking printing jobs on the offset presses and approving them as per standard company norms.
- Planning and scheduling of production at all stages
- Coordinating with clients to schedule works
- Managing workflow to meet client deadlines
- Updating all schedules in line with customer commitments
- Fluid communication with various departments in the company and the client
- Ink, plates, paper and other chemical tracking in the press to insure optimal production.
- Analysing process durations form start to finish and improving them for more efficient production schedules.
- Meeting operational targets set by the management team
- Covering other roles where required by the business to complete business activities

**Skills and Education**
- College graduate with Microsoft Excel and Word skills and basic spoken and written English and Hindi
- A strong background in scheduling and planning
- Highly organised
- Driven by delivering quality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹18,000.00 per month
