The following shall be the duties and responsibilities of the QA Executive
- Perform and assist in the complaint intake and investigation process
- QA interface with sales, marketing and supply chain for product inquiries (vendor questions fill up, documents/Statements, MSDS and technical information).
- Assist in the administration of the GMP, FSMS and GLP training programme.
- Assist in the preparation of SOP’s / Work instruction
- Processing and routing procedures within document management systems/ QMS, FSMS and GLP.
- Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure documentation and process comply with standards and regulation.
- Coordinate certification ( FSSC 22000, ISO 9001 + HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, HALAL, KOSHER, Organic) and customer audit
- Conduct & assist with vendor qualification audit
- Assist with and/or administer the document control program (Review, Revisions)
- Assist with administer of Non-conforming and CAPA program
- Ensuring Quality of operations and data being procedure in over all departments
- Administer and manage stability study
- Regular monitoring of quality activities
- Assist in other quality and administrative function as necessary.
- Reporting to management about status of implemented systems.
