**Software Sale Field Sales Executive - POS Billing Machines & RanceLab ERP Software**

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for dynamic, customer-focused **Field Sales Executives** to join our sales team. The role involves **field visits and lead generation** to promote and sell **POS billing machines** (Essae Touch POS, Thermal Printers, Cash Drawers, Restaurant Kitchen Display System, Restaurant Tablet Ordering, Restaurant QR code Ordering, Self Ordering KIOSK ) and **RanceLab billing software** to retail sectors such as **restaurants, sweet shops, grocery stores, and apparel outlets**. You will be responsible for explaining product features, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular **field visits** to generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Promote and sell POS hardware (Touch POS, Thermal Printer, Cash Drawer) and RanceLab billing software.
- Understand clients’ business needs and **provide customized billing solutions**.
- Explain product functionalities and **demonstrate software and hardware effectively**.
- Maintain **positive relationships** with new and existing clients.
- Collect feedback and market insights to improve product/service delivery.
- Maintain records of visits, follow-ups, and client communications.

**Requirements**:

- 10th/12th/Graduate in any stream aged not exceeding 30 years
- Prior field sales or retail software experience preferred (not mandatory).
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
- Strong customer handling and negotiation skills.

**Training Provided**:

- Complete product training (hardware and RanceLab software)
- Sales pitch, lead handling, and demo support.
- On-field support for initial visits.
