The Accounts Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the Business Development (BD) & Operations Manager by managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts. These accounts include builders, schools, sponsorships, and events. The role demands a high level of travel, primarily within Pune but occasionally to other locations as needed.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Account Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts including builders, schools, sponsorships, and events.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for these key accounts, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that arise.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their requirements and providing appropriate solutions.
- **Support to BD & Operations Manager**:

- Assist the BD & Operations Manager in developing strategies to grow and retain key accounts.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing communications.
- Help in the coordination and execution of business development plans and initiatives.
- **Business Development**:

- Identify opportunities for growth within key accounts and work with the BD & Operations Manager to capitalize on them.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- **Event Management**:

- Coordinate and manage events, sponsorships, and other promotional activities related to key accounts.
- Ensure all events are executed flawlessly, meeting the expectations of both the company and the clients.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and logistics for events.
- **Travel**:

- Travel extensively (80% of the time) within Pune and occasionally to other locations as required.
- Ensure all travel arrangements are made efficiently and within budget.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Maintain accurate records of all key account activities and provide regular updates to the BD & Operations Manager.
- Analyze account performance and provide insights to improve service delivery and account satisfaction.
