**Position: Event Co-ordinator**
**Location: Pune**
**Requisites**:
- 6 months -1 year of exp in relevant field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
- Knowledge of financial management, event planning, marketing, and budgeting
- Ability to lead and motivate teams
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Experience in customer service or working with clients
- Knowledge of event software and other related programs
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work weekends and late nights, if needed
- Ready to travel and presentable.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the planning and development of event concepts, budgets, and timelines.
- Source and book venues, suppliers, and services for events.
- Develop creative event ideas, promotional materials, and interactive activities.
- Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best prices and services.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure event compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
- Monitor event progress and evaluate outcomes.
- Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and track event budgets.
- Coordinate and oversee event staff and volunteers.
- Manage and update event documentation.
- Prepare and submit post-event reports.
**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
