We're in search of a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on gold loan services.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Make data calls to potential customers to create leads and promote our gold loan services.

2. Participate in local market activities to understand trends, spot potential customers, and seek new business opportunities.

3. Assist in transitioning customers' existing gold loans to our company by convincing them.

4. Forge and uphold strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

5. Meet the sales targets set by the company.

6. Offer insights to management about market trends, customer preferences, and competitor actions.

**Requirements**:
1. 12th Pass.

2. Great communication and people skills.

3. Ability to work independently and in a team.

4. Openness to learning and tackling new tasks.

5. While prior sales or customer service experience is preferred, it's not mandatory.

6. Some knowledge of gold loan products and services is beneficial.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
