**Overview**

**Duties**
- Attend inbound calls to prospective clients to promote products and services
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings to potential customers
- Analyse customer needs and tailor conversations to meet those needs
- Maintain accurate records of calls made and customer interactions in Salesforce
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns
- Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to assist in refining sales strategies
- Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly targets and improve overall performance

**Experience**
- Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred but not essential
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess customer needs quickly
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous
- Fluency in English is a plus, enabling effective communication with a broader client base
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive approach
- A positive attitude and resilience in handling objections during calls

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
