**Role description**:
Role Proficiency:
Design and implement Infrastructure/Cloud Architecture for a small/mid size projects

Outcomes:

- Design and implement the architecture for the projects
- Guide and review technical delivery by project teams
- Provide technical expertise to other projects

Measures of Outcomes:

- # of reusable components / processes developed # of times components / processes reused
- Contribution to technology capability development (e.g. Training Webinars Blogs)
- Customer feedback on overall technical quality (zero technology related escalations)
- Relevant Technology certifications
- Business Development (# of proposals contributed to # Won)
- # white papers/document assets published / working prototype **Principal Accountabilities**:

- **Access & Support Management**:

- Handle **access requests** and **support tickets** using **Kanban** methodology.
- Automate access provisioning and support processes to improve efficiency.
- Manage **incident triage**, identify **proximate causes**, and **route** them to the appropriate teams.
- **Documentation & Process Improvement**:

- Create and maintain user and support team **documentation**, including **incident response playbooks** and **standard operating procedures (SOPs)**.
- Enhance **support workflows** and **processes** for better service delivery.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:Operational Support & Stakeholder Management**:

- Strong understanding of **platform operations** and **IT support processes**.
- Ability to **manage incidents** and **requests** effectively through to **resolution**.
- Empathetic approach to **customer** and **stakeholder management**.
- Capability to **follow**, **refine**, and **improve** support processes, workflows, and playbooks.

**Technology Stack Expertise**:

- **Azure Administration**:

- Proficient in **Azure Entra ID** and **Privileged Identity Management (PIM)**.
- Experience with **Azure Sentinel** and **Log Analytics** for cloud monitoring and security.
- **Power BI**:

- Administering **Power BI** apps, **workspaces**, and managing **user access**.
- **Endpoint Management (Desirable)**:
**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with **CSA frameworks**.
- Strong familiarity with **ITIL** service management practices.
- Certifications in **Azure**, **Microsoft 365**, or **Power Platform** are advantageous.
