At **Gauravshali Bharat**, we are looking for a motivated and creative interns for Graphic and Web Designing to join our team and help us grow our digital presence.

**Role Overview**:As a Graphic and Web Designer
- Intern, you’ll be at the forefront of our online presence. You’ll manage our daily social media operations, create engaging content, and develop strategies to enhance our magazine’s reach and impact. This role is perfect for freshers looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of social media management and digital marketing.

**Job Responsibility**:

- Daily Management: Oversee the day-to-day activities of our magazine's social media channels, ensuring consistent and timely content updates.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar to ensure a steady flow of engaging posts and updates across all platforms.
- Create original, high-quality content tailored for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) including text, images, and videos.
- Develop and manage content from different media sources, including our website and other digital platforms, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Collaborate with the team to create and implement social media strategies designed to increase engagement, followers, and overall growth.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on digital media performance metrics. Use insights to refine strategies and improve results.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align social media content with magazine issues, special features, and other relevant projects.
- Oversee and engage with digital media activities, including responding to comments and messages, reviews and interacting with followers to build a strong online community.

**Qualifications**:
Education: Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Graphic design skills (e.g., using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

**Experience**:No prior experience required; a passion for social media and digital marketing and knowledge of working tools is a must.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
