Position Overview
Job Title: Account Executive

Location: Kharar, Punjab

Work Mode: On-site (Work from Office only)

Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month (based on qualifications and interview performance)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and reports

Manage budgeting, expense tracking, and cost control

Perform day-to-day accounting activities including data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations

Prepare Excel-based financial reports and statements

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and reporting

Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in accounting or finance-related roles

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, data analysis)

Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally (preferred)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field

1+ year of relevant work experience preferred
