We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development and enhancement of our induction cooker product line.

As an IT Specialist focusing on Induction Cooker Development at Morcom Technologies, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between IT systems and product development. Your primary responsibility will be to leverage your expertise in IT solutions to optimize our induction cooker designs, functionality, and user experience. You will collaborate closely with our engineering, R&D, and product teams to integrate smart technology into our cookers and enhance their performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement smart features for induction cookers, such as IoT connectivity, touch controls, and energy efficiency optimizations.
- Design and implement software solutions for controlling induction cooker parameters, such as temperature, power levels, and cooking programs.
- Ensure seamless integration of IT systems with induction cooker hardware components, including sensors, heating elements, and control panels.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments of new IT solutions for induction cooker development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues during product development and testing phases.
- Manage software version control and documentation for induction cooker firmware and control systems.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in induction cooking technology to propose innovative solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience of 2 to 3 years in IT roles related to consumer electronics, kitchen appliances, or similar industries.
- Solid understanding of embedded systems, microcontroller programming, and firmware development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or Java for embedded systems.
- Experience with IoT protocols and frameworks for connected devices.
- Familiarity with electronic circuit design and PCB layout considerations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts and collaborate with diverse teams.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in developing and optimizing software for induction cookers or similar kitchen appliances.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and certifications applicable to kitchen appliances (e.g., UL, FCC).
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
