Position Summary

Additionally, the software development engineer partners with enterprise and solution architects to ensure that the integrations meet company service level standards, roadmap requirements and architectural guidelines. The Software Development Engineer is embedded within an agile team and can adapt quickly to shifting business priorities.

You will be primarily responsible for gathering requirements, designing, developing, testing, and supporting integrations that align with the advancement of the Worker Data for the Enterprise efforts at F5. You should have fluency in key Workday integrations development principles and administration disciplines that enable you to collaborate on solutions with the team, internal and external partners, as well as with key stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities- Develop and maintain new -as well as analyze and recommend updates to existing
- Workday integrations by translating business requirements into functional and non-functional system/integration requirements as needed and as defined by Product Management roadmaps.- Partner closely with business system analyst team to troubleshoot and provide solutions for production issues; work closely with TS Operations team to monitor production systems.- Ensure integrations function as designed based on functional and technical requirements, by consulting with business and technical teams about interface design and maintenance; collaborate on design decisions.- Research and resolve ongoing issues while working to improve our processes; improve systems by studying current leading practices and designing modifications.- Perform routine and timely break/fix support to the inbound/outbound system integrations.- Share knowledge with other SDEs and BSAs in the agile team for balanced work distribution and support.- Uphold F5’s Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies.

**Qualifications**:
- 7+ years of professional experience with a BS/BA degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent.- 5+ years development experience in supporting or implementing Workday integrations.- 5+ years of working experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Integrations Analyst, Software Development Engineer or equivalent.- Strong knowledge of Workday implementation tools such as: Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder [EIB], Workday Report Writer, Web Services.- Experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST and WS standards).- Plus: Working knowl
