**What you’ll do**:

- Maintain existing React systems, including fixing bugs.
- Design and develop new custom components to meet project requirements.
- Install and configure server environments for React deployments.
- Maintain and update project dependencies as well as fix any conflicts.
- Technical documentation - Designing architecture, flow diagrams, documenting technical implementation approaches and pseudocode.
- Work with FE engineers to generate and maintain code according to the agreed coding standard and best practices
- Oversee development process compliance and CI activities.

- Familiarity with common programming tools such as Redux, IDEs, RESTful APIs, Git repositories, TypeScript, version control software, and remote deployment tools.
- Good understanding of common programming paradigms and fundamental React principles, such as React components, hooks, and the React lifecycle.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, object model, DOM manipulation and event handlers, data structures, algorithms, and Babel.
- Define and maintain architecture roadmap, technical solutions for new and existing functionality for each part of the projects.
- Deliver architectural services, including guidance and conceptual design as well as technical and process innovations
- Bring a passion to remain up to date with the latest trend of ever-changing web front-end development.
- Ability to investigate latest technology and build quick Proof of Concept functionalities to address future business needs.
- Experience in Preparing, improving and introducing new approaches/methodologies/tools and techniques within department.
- Work to meet delivery commitments of feature content throughout the whole Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize code for the best possible outcome.
- Strong collaborator and has skills to participate/guide technical discussions.
- Self-motivated with outstanding interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
