As a Telecaller at The Digital Socialite, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers with the aim of promoting our products/services and generating sales leads. You will be the first point of contact for many customers and will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression of our company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.
- Introduce our products/services to potential clients and provide information about their features and benefits.
- Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Keep accurate records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role in a sales or customer service environment is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and confident phone manner.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent in pursuing leads.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or customer service is a plus.
