As a Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to create engaging content, manage social media campaigns, and analyze performance metrics.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media channels and promptly respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Create, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms, ensuring consistency in voice and brand messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain relevant and effective.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and design, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Conducting audience and persona research to optimize social media efforts.
- Engaging with industry professionals and influencers to expand network and reach.

**Skills Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role with a minimum of 1 year.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools.
- This position is an individual contributor role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- Panchkula, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
