**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly creative and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Creative Social Media Marketer for our skincare brand. Unlike traditional digital marketing roles, this position is tailored for someone who thrives on creativity and has a passion for organic growth on social media platforms. In this role, you will have the freedom to think outside the box, ideate exceptional content, and bring fresh perspectives to our brand. Your primary focus will be on growing our social media platforms organically, launching our podcast series, and fostering a vibrant online community.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends, particularly Instagram.
- Exceptional creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong copywriting skills and the ability to craft compelling and engaging copy for social media posts, captions, and promotional materials.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate ideas effectively to both internal team members and external audiences.
- Passion for skincare and a keen interest in the beauty industry.
- Previous experience in managing social media for a lifestyle or beauty brand is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
