⦁ Monitor web traffic metrics

⦁ Collaborate with other teams.

⦁ Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews

⦁ Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
