**Job description**

**Roles and Responsibilities**

To effectively design, create, innovate, maintain and automate the Management Information System. Also create dashboards and improvise data as per the required formats for easy and quick understanding of Condor Ecosystem Functional Expertise

**# Data Mining**

1. To translate humongous data in understandable and actionable information

2. Maintaining the critical Business Data in structured way

3. Maintaining all the critical reporting formats and updating them weekly, fortnightly, monthly

4. Modeling (Performing analysis in structured manner)

5. Monitoring of Sales, Stock, Production, R&D, Accounts data.

6. Translating and Simplifying the Managements requirements

7. Expertise in mapping Inter departments data under a single report

8. Footwear Industry Knowledge will be an added advantage

**# SAP HANA S4**

1. Maintain accurate data in SAP S4 Hana

2. Knowledge of SD and MM module in SAP

3. Testing of Customised Reports or Modules in SAP before making them live.

4. Identify errors and bugs in the report

5. Open to learn and develop new logics to automate the reports in SAP

**# Data Accuracy, Systems Knowledge and Enhancement**

1. Should have flair for numbers, analytical mind, eye to details.

2. High proficiency in MS-Excel, including pivot tables, H Lookups, and advanced level formulae further having ability of linking multiple spreadsheets for reviewing data simultaneously

3. Experience with data analysis or database management (prefer Macros Coder and VBA, Power BI, SQL,)

4. Communication, interpersonal skills, front end connectivity, Proactive in the approach

5. Should have a technical bent of mind to understand the logic and codes working behind any report
