Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with 2 years of experience to manage, analyze, and report key business data. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining Management Information Systems (MIS), preparing dashboards and reports, and supporting internal departments with data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for various departments.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Maintain and update databases ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Support management in decision-making through timely and accurate reporting.
  • Coordinate with departments such as Sales, Operations, and Accounts to gather data.
  • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
  • Generate ad-hoc reports as per management requirements.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Computer Applications, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in MIS/Data analysis.
  • Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other reporting tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
