**Job Title**: Terminal Operation Associate

**Location**: Navi Mumbai

**Job Objective**:
Ensure timely domestic container delivery, handle domestic container documentation, coordinate with transporters and vendors, manage gate activities, regularly update the domestic master file, and maintain the domestic containers inventory.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Manage gate operations for both EXIM and domestic containers.
- Plan the delivery of domestic loaded containers.
- Plan and execute the repair and cleanliness of domestic empty containers for MJCG.
- Oversee the management and responsibility of domestic and EXIM weighbridges.
- Ensure the calibration and accuracy of weighments for domestic and EXIM weighbridges.
- Handle documentation and MIS, including export master, empty master, and domestic container master files.
- Conduct monthly inventory of domestic containers and report to seniors on time.

**Operational Responsibilities**:

- Physically check and verify documents at the time of gate-in for export loaded containers, including checklists, packing lists, carting orders, shipping bill copies, party invoices, and line movement order copies.
- Coordinate the delivery of domestic containers to various parties at different locations by arranging lorries/trailers with the company/party transporter.
- Weigh export containers at the time of gate-in.
- Weigh domestic loaded containers and empty vehicles at the time of gate-out, and again weigh empty containers at the time of gate-in to match and verify delivered cargo.
- Monitor the work of the container repairing team.
- Inspect the domestic weighbridge.
- Manage the duty roster of surveyor staff on the weighbridge.
- Manage the duty roster of the gate operations team.
