**About the Role**:
We are seeking a responsible and technically skilled Plant Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at our manufacturing unit.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise production activities and ensure quality compliance as per IS standards.
- Monitor manpower allocation, shift planning, and safety practices.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality control teams for smooth operation.
- Maintain records of production, consumption, and machine performance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
