We are a dynamic and innovative company based in the UAE, specializing in high-quality products and services that cater to a diverse range of industries. As we expand our presence, we are seeking motivated and skilled Remote Sales Staff to join our team and promote our offerings within the Indian market.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Business Development**: Identify potential clients and businesses in the Indian market, develop new leads, and establish a strong pipeline for sales opportunities.
2. **Product Knowledge**: Gain in-depth understanding of our UAE-based products and services, their unique value propositions, and how they meet the needs of Indian clients.
4. **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
5. **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics in India, and provide insights to improve our sales strategies and offerings.
6. **Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas on a regular basis, contributing to the company's growth and revenue objectives.
7. **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and support teams to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and client support.
8. **Reporting**: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
**Qualifications**:
1. **Experience**: Proven track record in remote sales or telesales, preferably within a relevant industry.
2. **Language Skills**: Excellent fluency in Hindi and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Additional local Indian languages are a plus.
3. **Technical Proficiency**: Comfortable using remote communication tools, CRM systems, and other sales-related software.
4. **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
5. **Self-Motivation**: Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
6. **Cultural Awareness**: Sensitivity and understanding of cultural nuances when communicating and conducting business in India.
7. **Time Management**: Excellent organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage leads and sales activities.
8. **Education**: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not mandatory.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tirur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
