**Responsibilities**:

- We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional chat support, engaging with potential customers, and converting leads into sales. Your ability to communicate effectively and resolve customer inquiries will directly contribute to the growth and success of LuxuryKase.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers via chat support, providing assistance with product inquiries, order status, and other relevant information.
- Convert inbound leads into sales by identifying customer needs, offering personalized solutions, and closing deals.
- Follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain a high conversion rate.
- Address customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
