_**Roles & Responsibilities**_
- Manage taxation compliance(both direct and indirect taxation)
- Review and confirm the Indirect taxation rules applicable to transactions;
- Support to Direct Tax team on matters related to Direct Tax e.g. TDS, Income Tax return filing, Assessment, Appeals, visit to Tax Department.
- Identify potential areas of misinterpretation and identify solutions to mitigate the same;
- Handling Assessments/ audits/ tax queries raised by GST authorities & authorities of erstwhile regimes (includes Travel);
- Perform year-end accrual review and prepare tax provision as required
- Prepare all Tax work papers, reconciliations and other supporting information required for the Annual Financial Statements;
- Provide assistance in tax advice and assistance with modeling and pricing in respect to potential new business, scope changes and contract renewals.
- **Desired Skills & Qualifications**_
- CA Dropout/M.Com with experience in taxation
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
- Well versed with MS Office Suite and software like Tally, Computax, Genius etc.
- Strong interpersonal and client management skills

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
