Job Title: Semi-Qualified / CA Dropout – Accounts & Finance

Location: Hoshangabad Road, Bhopal

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in finalization of accounts, financial reporting, and audit preparation.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for domestic & export divisions.
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny.
  • Prepare and review GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
  • Coordinate with banks, auditors, and internal departments for financial data.
  • Maintain MIS reports for management on monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements:

  • CA Inter / CA Dropout / Semi-Qualified CA with sound accounting knowledge.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred (manufacturing/export background will be an advantage).
  • Strong understanding of Tally / ERP systems, Excel, and financial analysis.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
