**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **File Management**:
- Organize, maintain, and update physical and electronic office files.
- Create and manage a numbering or labeling system for easy file identification and retrieval.
- **Client Data Maintenance**:
- Accurately input and update client information in the database.
- Ensure client data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Generate client-related reports as required.
- **Office Maintenance**:
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and fully equipped with necessary supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors or service providers for office repairs and maintenance needs.
- **Communication Support**:
- Answer incoming calls professionally and direct them to the appropriate department or person.
- Receive calls and take messages in the absence of the process team.
- **Computer Operations**:
- Use basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, Word) to complete tasks.
- Operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
