**Responsibilities**:
**E-Way Bill and E-Invoice Management**:Manage and oversee the generation, verification, and maintenance of E-way bills and E-invoices in compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Cold Store Coordination**:Liaise with cold store facilities to ensure seamless logistics operations, including timely pickup and delivery of goods, adherence to temperature control requirements, and proper documentation.

**Loading Arrangements**: Coordinate loading activities, including scheduling, monitoring loading processes, and ensuring accurate documentation.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and other relevant documentation. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

**Communication**: Communicate effectively with internal teams, external stakeholders, and transportation partners to facilitate smooth logistics operations.

**Problem Resolution**: Identify and address logistics-related issues promptly. Implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and minimize disruptions to operations.

**Process Improvement**: Continuously evaluate logistics processes and procedures to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.

**Reporting**: Prepare and analyze logistics reports to track key performance metrics, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in E-way bill and E-invoice procedures.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Familiarity with cold chain logistics operations is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
