**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the drafting team in producing architectural working drawings, detailed drawings, and presentation sets.
- Review and finalize drawings prepared by junior draftsmen and ensure quality control.
- Interpret architectural concepts and convert them into accurate technical drawings.
- Prepare construction documents, tender drawings, and approval drawings as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to integrate technical information.
- Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Manage drawing schedules, revisions, and document control efficiently.
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members and support architects during project execution.
- Conduct site visits when required to verify details and incorporate on-site modifications into drawings.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Diploma / ITI in Civil / Architecture Draftsmanship (or equivalent).
- 5-10 years of experience in architectural drafting and detailing.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, and Photoshop preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, detailing, and architectural coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
- Strong attention to accuracy, line quality, and presentation of drawings

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
