Cad Drafter

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented CAD Draftsman to join our team at Hatchway Builders & Developers. The CAD Draftsman will play a pivotal role in transforming conceptual designs into precise technical drawings and plans. This position requires proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, a strong understanding of construction or engineering principles, and the ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities:
Drafting and Design: Create detailed and accurate 2DCAD drawings, schematics, and blueprints based on project requirements. Interpret design specifications and concepts to produce technical drawings that meet industry standards.

Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other team members to understand project goals, make revisions as necessary, and ensure that drawings align with project objectives.

Documentation: Maintain organized and up-to-date CAD files and project documentation. Keep records of changes and revisions to drawings, ensuring version control and data integrity.

Quality Assurance: Review and check drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project standards. Identify and rectify any discrepancies or issues in the drawings.

Compliance: Ensure that all drawings and plans comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Stay updated on changes in construction and design codes.

Software Proficiency: Stay current with CAD software and technologies. Continuously improve CAD skills and adapt to new tools and methodologies.

Communication: Effectively communicate design and technical information to team members and assist in resolving design-related issues.

Qualifications:

- A degree/diploma in drafting, engineering, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in CAD software.
- Knowledge of construction and engineering principles and practices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with industry standards and building codes is a plus.

How to Apply:
**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
