**About the team**:
This is a part of our FOS Team.

**What you will be doing**:

- Provides in-depth product support to FIS clients by resolving incoming inquiries.
- Documents customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.

**What you will bring**:

- Should have 2-5-year experience in Production Application Support.
- Should have experience in Windows Server Support including maintenance activities like server space management, coordinating patching activities.
- Should have good knowledge of Windows and Unix server.
- Should have experience of working on ticketing tools.
- Should have strong knowledge of SQL, Batch script, VB Script and PowerShell.
- Should have basic knowledge of any programming language.
- Should be willing to provide On-Call support as and when required.
- Must be ready to work in Night shift for long term.
- Should have good communication skills.
- Should have experience working in 24*7 shifts.
