**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries, ensuring a positive experience.
- Prepare and deliver weekly performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and client feedback.
- Update and maintain customer account information using internal software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with partner teams to ensure adherence to compliance regulations and industry standards, providing necessary support where required

**Qualifications**:

- Recent undergraduate with a strong interest in pursuing a career in finance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Familiarity with Tally is a plus (preferred but not mandatory).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Yearly bonus

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
