We are searching for an Associate (French Speaking) to offer regulatory help to clients while working distantly.

**Associate Responsibilities**:

- Schedule meetings
- Manage a contact list
- Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
- Excellent time management skills

**Requirements**:

- Preferred previous experience as an Associate (BPO).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fully computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Highly organized.
- Proficiency in the French language is a must.
