Job Purpose
- To proactively generate qualified sales leads through cold calling and initiate first-level engagement with prospective clients across international markets (UK/AUS/US). The role is primarily responsible for setting up appointments for the sales team by effectively pitching Experion’s IT services and solutions, with the goal of expanding the lead pipeline and contributing to revenue growth.
Job Description /
**Responsibilities**:
- Initiate outbound calls to cold contacts within the UK/AUS/US time zones.
- Effectively communicate and market our IT services, products, & product partnerships.
- Convert cold contacts into potential leads and set up appointments.
- Maintain organized records of contacts, leads, and appointments using Excel or CRM tools.
- Maintain consistent and quality communication with internal stakeholders.
- Meet lead & pipeline targets and enhance brand visibility within assigned territories.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, & pre-sales team to move potential leads through the sales funnel.
- Stay flexible and adapt to evolving market conditions and customer needs to optimize sales outcomes.
Job Specification / Skills and Competencies
- 1 year of Tele-calling/sales experience in the UK/AUS/US Process.
- Strong command over English.
- Experience in the IT services industry is preferred.
- Strong customer acquisition & sales skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to overcome objections.
- A self-starter and a go-getter.
