Job Description: CT/MR Technician (Multilingual)
- Position: Radiology Technician
- Language Proficiency: Telugu, Hindi, English
- Experience Level: >1 year
- Qualification: Diploma in Radiology Technician
- Job Location: Preferably Vashi, Navi Mumbai (Work from home also considered)

**Responsibilities**:
1. Communication and Coordination:

- Serve as a vital link between the diagnostic center and radiologist, ensuring timely delivery of patient reports.
- Effectively communicate patient history and relevant information to radiologists to facilitate accurate diagnosis.

2. Turnaround Time Management:

- Monitor and manage turnaround times for reporting, ensuring that reports are delivered within defined timelines.
- Efficiently prioritize tasks, ensuring urgent cases receive immediate attention and are promptly communicated to radiologists.

3. Shift Management:

- Maintain schedules, handle shift changes, and facilitate seamless handover to ensure uninterrupted diagnostic services.
- Coordinate and manage radiologist shifts, ensuring adequate coverage.

4. Escalation and Follow-Up:

- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior technical staff for timely resolution.
- Follow up on escalated cases, ensuring satisfactory resolution and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with radiology equipment and software.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and diagnostic procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Flexibility to work in morning, evening, or day shifts.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- Weekend availability
- Weekend only

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
