Job Overview We are looking for a dedicated Radiology Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. This is a full-time, mid-level position, where the successful candidate will manage radiology workflows and ensure smooth coordination between patients and medical staff. The role demands strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate medical records. Qualifications and Skills Proficient in radiology workflow management to enhance efficiency and service. (Mandatory skill) Proven expertise in patient coordination to ensure effective communication and patient satisfaction. Strong skills in managing medical records with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality. Experience in appointment scheduling to optimize use of radiology department resources. Excellent team collaboration skills to work seamlessly with medical and administrative staff. Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with patients and team effectively. Knowledge of regulatory compliance to follow healthcare protocols and standards. Experience in quality assurance practices to maintain high standards of service and patient care. Roles and Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the radiology department to ensure smooth workflow. Liaise with patients and medical staff to schedule appointments and facilitate efficient service delivery. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records of all radiology procedures and patient transactions. Collaborate with radiologists and technicians to enhance patient care and service quality. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies in all radiology activities. Monitor quality assurance processes to uphold high service standards in the department. Assist in drafting and updating departmental protocols related to workflow and patient management. Address and resolve any patient inquiries or concerns related to radiology services promptly.
