We are hiring for Site Supervisor/ Office Assistant for our Pune office.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Site Supervising**:Site visiting with manager and documentation handling, employee interaction and query solving of the employee.
- **Administrative Support**: Answering phones, taking messages, scheduling meetings and appointments, and managing correspondence.
- **Clerical Tasks**: Filing, sorting mail, preparing documents, and managing office supplies.
- **Office Maintenance**: Maintaining a clean and organized office environment, including stockrooms and common areas.
- **Guest and Visitor Management**: Greeting and directing visitors, providing information, and handling inquiries.
- **Support for Other Staff**: Assisting with data entry, report preparation, and other tasks as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)

Work Location: In person
