**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Diagnosis and Treatment Planning**: Conduct comprehensive examinations, diagnose oral and maxillofacial conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
- **Surgical Procedures**: Perform a wide range of oral and maxillofacial surgeries, including:

- Dentoalveolar surgery (extractions, impacted teeth removal)
- Dental implant placement and related procedures
- Corrective jaw surgery (orthognathic surgery)
- TMJ disorders treatment
- Facial trauma repair
- Oral pathology (biopsies, removal of lesions)
- Reconstructive surgery
- **Patient Education and Communication**: Educate patients on treatment options, pre
- and post-operative care instructions, and potential risks and complications. Communicate effectively with patients to address their concerns and ensure their understanding of the procedures.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with other dental specialists, such as orthodontists, prosthodontists, and general dentists, to provide comprehensive and integrated care for patients.
- **Emergency Care**: Provide emergency care for oral and maxillofacial trauma and infections.
- **Professional Development**: Stay updated on the latest advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery through continuing education courses, conferences, and professional publications.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: BDS/MDS degree in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from a recognized dental institution.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon.
- Experience with advanced surgical techniques and technology is a plus.
- **Licensure**: Valid dental license to practice in India.
- **Skills**:

- Strong surgical skills and experience in a wide range of oral and maxillofacial procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
