- Achieving daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Staying motivated and resilient in the face of rejection to ensure performance consistency.
- Adhering to pre-written scripts or guidelines during calls to ensure consistent communication.
- Following up on previous interactions or calls as necessary.
- Conducting basic research on potential customers or markets to tailor the sales pitch accordingly.
