**Salary: $25-35k USD + Equity (India)**

This is a fantastic, formative opportunity to work full-time on a fully remote team at a YC-backed startup founded by Stanford grads. You'll manage our Data Quality and Extractions team within our Business Operations function, to drive clear insights, outcomes, and reporting that is crucial to making the company more efficient with accurate information. This work is high impact; your work with building and maintaining processes that keep our data and services at the highest standards will help us ensure that we meet customer's expectations. This role is great for someone who is detail-oriented and methodical, and who has a strong history of experience in managing successful teams and workflows.

Please Note: This is a full-time role, and you must overlap +/- 4 hours with India Standard Time.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise day-to-day operations and scale our growing Data Quality and Extraction teams, which includes delegating work across the teams and planning of resources against priorities
- Implement, maintain, and reinforce data quality processes:

- Defining critical policies, controls, quality targets, alert thresholds, and escalation procedures
- Monitoring data quality performance to ensure consistency over time
- Lead team management for direct reports, which includes onboarding and offboarding team members, managing payroll, conducting Performance Reviews, and coaching.
- Create reports that detail data quality, as well as define and track Business Operations KPIs (key performance indicators) for senior management review
- Build new extraction and review teams based on project requirements

**What We Value**
- 2+ years of leadership experience in BPOs/ Data Delivery/ Operational teams
- Proficiency with data structures, databases, SQL
- Working knowledge of statistics, mathematics, and machine learning
- Operational ability in a diverse, large-scale environment
- Expertise in people management and empathetic leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong team and project management to execute new projects successfully on time
- Motivated leader who has initiative to execute well with mínimal supervision
- Skill and comfort working in a rapidly changing environment

**Nice to Have**
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field
- Experience at company that has transitioned from small to medium or large size
